Request the pre-assessment

The pre-assessment is mandatory. eHandwierk supports craft businesses; the House supports other companies.

Prepare and review the application

The House or eHandwierk assists with preparation. The Ministry reviews the file and makes the decision.

LeadYour company + public bodies
A meeting closes the support process. The company pays the final invoice, then receives support for recognised eligible costs.

Can a website project be covered?
Website creation or improvement is explicitly listed under digital marketing. This does not mean every company or every line in the quotation will be accepted.
Is support equal to 70% of the quotation?
Yes. SME Packages – Digital provides support equal to 70% of the eligible costs included in the accepted quotation, for a project between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT.
Must the company advance the cost?
Yes. The public process states that the company pays the final provider invoice and then receives support after implementation and closure.
Should the process start on MyGuichet?
No. For SME Packages – Digital, the mandatory first step is a pre-assessment with the House of Entrepreneurship or eHandwierk. MyGuichet is used for various aid and payment procedures but does not replace this entry point.
Does Luxinnovation manage this support?
No. Luxinnovation states that it does not manage SME Packages. For this scheme, the process starts with the House of Entrepreneurship or eHandwierk.
Can Maison AC guarantee the award?
No. Maison AC can prepare the project, quotation and technical elements. The pre-assessment, official application, eligibility, decision and payment belong to the competent bodies.
